dc.description.abstract	The 2081 BS (2024/2025 AD) report from the Tribhuvan University (TU) Land and Property Investigation Committee revealed that nearly 2,400 ropanis of TU land have been encroached upon or misused. Formed under former secretary Sharada Prasad Trital, the committee uncovered widespread illegal occupation and recommended immediate action to recover the university's assets.	en_US
